Anirban Basu
Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
Sage Policy Group, Inc.

Anirban Basu is Chairman and CEO of Sage Policy Group, an economic and policy consulting firm headquartered in Baltimore, with offices in Pennsylvania and Cambodia. In 2014, Maryland Governor Larry Hogan appointed him Chair of the Maryland Economic Development Commission. He also serves as Chairman of the Baltimore County Economic Advisory Committee; Chief Economist to Associated Builders and Contractors; and Chief Economic Advisor to the Construction Financial Management Association. He lectures at Johns Hopkins University, and his radio show can be heard weekdays on 88.1FM, WYPR, Baltimore.

William Rich
Delta Associates

William Rich is the President of Delta Associates, Transwestern’s consulting affiliate, where he oversees all operations. Delta, which has provided services to the commercial real estate industry for over 35 years, offers consulting, research and advisory services for all property types through the United States, as well as subscription publications for selected metro areas in the Mid-Atlantic. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Washington DC Economic Partnership (WDCEP) and is an advisor to the Southwest DC Business Improvement District (SWBID).

Elizabeth Norton
Managing Director, Research

Transwestern Managing Research Director Elizabeth Norton oversees the Mid-Atlantic research team and is responsible for directing economic and commercial real estate analysis, as well as identifying and forecasting industry trends. She offers thought leadership through market research analysis in quarterly publications and industry-specific white papers.

Jodie W. McLean
Chief Executive Officer

Jodie W. McLean is Chief Executive Officer of EDENS, one of the nation’s leading private owners, operators and developers of retail real estate. With a more than 25-year tenure at EDENS, she has established herself as a key player in the company’s growth and expansion to its current marketplace leadership, capitalized by blue chip investors and assets valued at $6.2 billion.

McLean is responsible for EDENS’ strategy to move the portfolio to major urban centers, creating a portfolio of assets that are the center of community life. She was named Chief Investment Officer in 1997, President in 2002 and CEO in 2015. Overall, she has been responsible for the development, redevelopment, acquisition and disposition of more than $12 billion in retail assets.

McLean passionately believes that retail should evolve beyond a shopping experience, and advocates for connectivity to the communities surrounding the company’s retail centers. To ensure this, each EDENS development is crafted to serve as an authentic gathering place, including a unique merchandising mix and welcoming design elements, fostering a sense of engagement with its neighbors.

Jair Lynch

As President and CEO of Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners, Mr. Lynch assumes primary responsibility for firm management and project coordination, and is committed to developing a quality product and superior service. That commitment has produced distinctive urban mixed-use projects for investors and a distinguished list of public, private and non-profit clients.

Mr. Lynch has more than twenty years of experience in public and private real estate as an investor and advisor, including projects in the Silicon Valley and Washington, DC. Since founding the firm in 1998, he has completed more than 65 projects totaling 4.3 million square feet of development in DC, with an additional 1.8 million square feet in his development pipeline. These include urban infill residential, commercial, retail and institutional projects involving new construction, renovation, historic preservation and mixed-use development programs, and the first LEED Gold and Silver certified public buildings in DC.
